Skills Oracle DBA
Experience 1.6+ to 4 Years
Current Level L1.5 / L2
Upskill Level L3
Role Server Engineer ( Oracle DBA)
Education Any UG / PG
Location Chennai - Candidates must be willing to relocate to any IBM RDC in India, as per project requirement.
Program Conditions • Candidate should be willing to sign a Service Continuity Agreement, for minimum duration of 18 months from the date of deployment to client.
• Candidate should submit one of his /her original educational document as a part of company compliance and audit process for BGV.
• Candidate should submit a crossed cheque in the Name of “CBSI INDIA Pvt Ltd” our sister concern company, If any resource is breaking the Service Continuity Agreement then he/ she has be payback the training cost and penalty amount to CBSI INDIA.
• Candidate should have PAN and Passport.
• Willing to Undergo training for 3 -4 weeks based on the training location, stipend will be paid during training, and this will be for a duration of 2 months, if the resource gets selected after training and final assessment then the negotiated salary will be considered from the date of deployment.
• If the resource is rejected during the final assessment then he / she need to undergo fast track training session and will be present to client for one more assessment.
• If the candidate is getting reject during the final assessment even after multiple sessions, then those candidate will get only stipend for two months and if they don’t get deployed even after two months then they will not get any benefits from the company, stipend will not be paid after two months.
Desired Skills • Candidate should possess Good communication (written / verbal).
• Willingness to work under 24*7 rotating shift basis
• Certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay Rate During Training: Stipend (Current Basic Salary / Uniform Stipend amount ) Rs. 10,000
The stipend will be paid for a duration of 2 months only.
After Deployment at client Location – Negotiated Salary, which needs to be uniform to all the candidate
Salary Range – Best for the Candidate.
