• Experience working in 24/7 Operations Centre.
• Good understanding of ITIL Process.
• Experience using monitoring & ticketing tools.
• Technical skill in Linux/Network/Windows.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Role
• Perform 24/7 monitoring and support of one of the following - Linux/Network/Windows.
• Take ownership to ensure that all problems are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Escalate incidents to next level team as per the stipulated process.
• Monitor the ticketing tool and resolve any incidents & service requests within stipulated
SLA.
• Create and maintain process and procedure documentation, knowledge articles and
other support documentation.
Technical Skills
• Strong experience in NOC/ Operations Center environment
• Experience with tools like Unicenter Service Desk or similar ticketing tools
• Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, ZenOSS, SCOM, Splunk etc.
• Experience with escalating issues to vendors and coordinating with them on resolving
issues, ordering hardware replacements, coordinating changes etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Incident, Problem and Change Management
• ITIL Foundation Certification Preferred.
• Industry certifications is nice to have.
