Interview Process: This is train, Hire and Deploy model.
First round: Online Test, F2F discussion and final discussion
Whoever gets selected in interview they will undergo for training for 30 days to 45 days.. during that training certain amount will be paid to you..After completion of training, will have final assessment from my client, later on onboarding will be done..
